Our story
We built the care we couldn't find for our own mother
Every promise on this page comes from one thing: a son who could not find care good enough for his mom, so he built it. This is that story, and what it means for your family.
From our founder, Babak
Who's making sure she's okay?
I came to this country at sixteen. My mother, Mary, worked two and three jobs so I could finish school. She gave me everything she had.
Years later, she was living alone in her house. Safe, on paper. But on our late phone calls I started to hear something in her voice I could not unhear. A thinness. A kind of waiting. And one night the question hit me like a weight I had been carrying without knowing it: she made sure I had a great life. Who is making sure she has one now?
I spent two decades inside the home care industry. I owned and ran agencies. I made unannounced visits to see what was really happening in people's homes. And what I saw was a system built to fill a shift and bill an hour. Good people, paid too little, sent by whoever was available instead of who was right. I reached the point where you stop trying to fix a broken model, and I got out.
But I could not walk away from the image of my mother, alone at her kitchen table at seven in the evening, wishing there were someone to talk to.
So I came back. I built allaround to be the answer I could not find for her. Everything here comes from one belief I carried out of those twenty years: the most important hour in an older person's life is not the doctor's minute. It is the caregiver's hour. The person at the kitchen counter who knows how you take your coffee, who asks about your grandson, who notices when you are quiet.
You cannot be there every evening. Neither could I. What you need isn't a caregiver. It is the certainty that someone capable is, that they know your parent, and that if anything changes, you'll be the first to know.
What that story turned into
The way we run this company is not a marketing choice. It is what Babak wished someone had offered his mother. You can hold us to every line.
A nurse sees your parent within 24 hours
Not a call center. A Registered Nurse comes to the home within 24 hours of your call, walks the rooms, checks the risks, and writes a real care plan. At no charge.
The same trusted face, every visit
We match one caregiver to your parent by personality, language, and routine, then send that same person back. Your mom is never starting over with a stranger.
Employed by us, never an app
Every caregiver is a W-2 employee we screen, train, insure, and stand behind. Not a gig contractor assigned by whoever was free. The people who do this work are treated like it matters, because it does.
A nurse on call, one to twenty
One RN Care Manager supervises no more than 20 caregivers, and returns to the home every 30 days. A real person answers the phone 24/7. You are never left on hold.
Who stands behind the care
Babak KG, Esq., Founder. A healthcare attorney who spent two decades owning and running home care agencies before building this one. He structures the company himself, so the standards are written into how it operates, not bolted on for marketing.
Your RN Clinical Lead. A licensed, bilingual Florida Registered Nurse who owns care planning, caregiver supervision, and quality. A nurse builds the plan, and a nurse keeps watch over it.
Your RN Administrator. A licensed Florida Registered Nurse and the holder of our AHCA license, accountable for compliance and the standard of every file.
Real people, on paper
allaround Concierge Care is Florida licensed (#299996493) and fully insured, with General and Professional Liability coverage plus Workers' Compensation.
Two Registered Nurses provide clinical oversight. Every caregiver is a screened, trained, directly-employed W-2 professional, never a gig contractor.

Questions families ask
What makes allaround different from other Miami agencies?
An RN owns your parent's care plan, every caregiver is a directly-employed W-2 professional, and the same person returns every visit. Most agencies can point to one of those. We built the company around all three, and we put them in writing.
Who started allaround, and why?
Babak KG, a healthcare attorney who spent two decades owning and running home care agencies. He watched the industry fill shifts and bill hours instead of building relationships, and he watched his own mother grow quiet and alone at home. He built allaround to be the honest answer he could not find for her.
Are these real promises or just marketing?
They are operating rules, and they are checkable. An RN in the home within 24 hours. A matched caregiver within 48. One RN Care Manager for every 20 caregivers. A live person on the phone any hour. Florida licensed and insured. If we ever miss a scheduled visit without notice, we credit your account.
Can I talk to the people who would care for my parent before I commit?
Yes. Your free RN home visit is that conversation. The nurse walks the home, meets your parent, and answers every question. You leave with a written plan and no obligation. Nothing starts until you say so.
