Welcome to the website of allaround Concierge Care (ALL-AROUND CARE FLORIDA LLC, d/b/a allaround Concierge Care) ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By using this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

Purpose of this website

This website provides general information about our home care services. The information on this website is for educational and informational purposes only, is not medical advice, and does not create a client relationship. A service relationship is only created after a signed Client Care Agreement and completion of required admission documents.

No medical advice

Nothing on this website should be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek advice from a licensed healthcare provider regarding medical concerns, and do not delay seeking medical care because of information found on this website.

Our services

allaround Concierge Care is a Florida-licensed, private-pay, non-medical home care agency (AHCA Home Health Agency License #299996493, Region 11). We provide personal assistance, companionship, dementia-informed non-medical support, non-medical post-surgical recovery support, respite care, and related concierge services in Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties.

We do not provide skilled nursing, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, medication administration, or emergency medical services. Care Professionals may provide medication reminders only where a care plan specifically approves them. We are not a substitute for your physician.

The client relationship

Nothing on this website is a contract, a quote, or an offer of service. Care begins only under a signed Client Care Agreement, together with a Client Service Authorization and Care Plan and a signed Rate and Package Election Addendum. Those documents control the approved services, the schedule, the rate, the payment terms, and the cancellation and termination terms that apply to you. You receive them before care begins, and you may request paper copies at any time.

Where anything on this website differs from your signed documents, your signed documents govern. Our published Cancellation and Refund Policy describes our standard practice.

Our Care Professionals

Our Care Professionals are W-2 employees of allaround. We recruit, screen, background check, train, insure, schedule, and supervise them. Clients are not their employer and do not carry employment or workers' compensation liability for them.

Because of that investment, the Client Care Agreement restricts hiring a Care Professional directly rather than through our office, for a limited period after they last worked with you, and sets a conversion fee if that happens. You may always request a different Care Professional through the office at no cost. The exact terms are in your signed agreement.

Use of website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use this site for fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, branding, and design, is the property of allaround Concierge Care unless otherwise stated. You may not use our name, logo, branding, or written materials without prior written consent.

SMS Terms of Service

allaround Concierge Care (ALL-AROUND CARE FLORIDA LLC, d/b/a allaround Concierge Care) sends text messages only to individuals who have given us their own consent to receive them. Messages relate to home care inquiries, scheduling and confirming your free in-home RN assessment, appointment reminders, and follow-up about your care request. We do not send messages to anyone who has not consented directly with us.

Age restriction. You must be 18 years of age or older to consent to receive text messages from us. We do not knowingly send text messages to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect a mobile number from anyone under 18.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and any scheduled appointments. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. You may also ask us to stop by calling or emailing us using the details below.

Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact allaround Concierge Care at (305) 380-2853 or office@allaround.care.

Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on effective transmission by your wireless carrier.

How we handle the information you give us, including your mobile number, is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices (if applicable). If you submit information through contact forms, it may not be fully secure. Do not submit private medical details unless directed by our staff.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, their privacy practices, or their accuracy. Use third-party sites at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, allaround Concierge Care is not liable for any damages resulting from use of this website, errors or omissions in website content, temporary website interruptions, or reliance on website information. Use of this website is at your own risk.

We do not guarantee specific health outcomes, specific results from services, or continuous website availability. Service results vary based on individual circumstances.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes must be filed in the appropriate court located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
