Who will be in mom's home
This is the part that keeps you up at night. Who is this person, really? So we hire the way we'd hire for our own parents. Every caregiver is a W-2 employee, not a stranger sent by an app. Each one is background-screened and trains for 16 hours before the first visit. A Registered Nurse supervises them the whole way. We match your caregiver to your mom and confirm a backup before the first visit, so care never depends on one person being available.

An HHA is state-trained in hands-on personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and safe transfers. Maria handles the physical tasks that get harder to manage alone, under a care plan an RN writes and supervises.
Care ProfessionalCamila R.
A Care Professional focuses on companionship and everyday living: meals, light housekeeping, errands, appointments and company. Camila is bilingual, and is matched to a parent who is largely independent but should not be alone all day.
Certified Nursing AssistantAnne K.
A CNA holds a Florida state certification and the most clinical training of the three. Anne is the one we match to a parent whose needs are more complex, or who is recovering from a hospital stay and needs closer monitoring.
