Our hiring process
Apply online
Submit your application through our online portal. Tell us about your experience, credentials, and the areas you can work in Miami-Dade or Monroe Counties.
Phone screen with our team
If it looks like a potential fit, we'll schedule a short phone conversation to learn more about you, your goals, and your comfort with technology and concierge-level care.
RN / leadership interview & digital screening
You'll meet with a supervisor, complete background checks and health screenings, and review the standards in our Care Professional and nurse playbooks. Most of the paperwork is handled electronically.
Seamless onboarding, app setup, and first assignment
Once cleared, you'll complete digital onboarding and training, get access to our Care Professional or RN app, and then be thoughtfully matched with your first client or caseload.
Our goal is to move qualified professionals through this process efficiently, using automation where it helps, while protecting client safety and upholding our standards.
