Cancellation and Refund Policy

The free RN home visit

The RN home safety visit costs nothing. There is no obligation to start care.

Cancel or reschedule it any time by calling (305) 380-2853. No fee. No reason needed.

You keep the written care plan either way. It is yours. Use it with us or with any other provider.

Your first shift of care

If the first four hours of care do not leave you more confident that your parent is safe and supported at home, tell us within seven days. We refund that visit in full.

Call and say so. We will fix the match or help you find a better fit.

Cancelling a scheduled shift

Call the office at least four hours before a shift starts and there is no charge. Inside that window we bill four hours for the shift. The Care Professional has already built their day around it, and they are paid for it.

Hospital admissions are never charged. If your parent is admitted, call us. We cancel everything at no cost for as long as they are in.

Cancellations and schedule changes go through the office, not through your Care Professional directly. The notice period that applies to you, and any late-cancellation charge, are stated in your signed Rate and Package Election Addendum, which you receive before care begins.

Changing your schedule

Call us. There is no fee to add hours, drop hours, or change days.

We ask for two days notice on a permanent schedule change so we can keep the same Care Professional on your parent's case.

Ending service

You can end care at any time. No long-term commitment is required to start.

Tell us by phone or by email to office@allaround.care so we can close out the schedule and send a final invoice. The notice period is stated in your Rate and Package Election Addendum. We may end services immediately where that is necessary for safety, where needs exceed our non-medical scope, or for material nonpayment.

Refunds

We bill for hours worked. If you are ever billed for hours nobody worked, call us. We refund it in full within five business days.

We do not guarantee a clinical or medical outcome from non-medical services, and this policy does not refund care that was delivered as scheduled and as described in your care plan.
