Questions families ask

What services do you offer?

Personal care and help with daily activities, companionship, memory and dementia care, post-surgical recovery, respite for family caregivers, and live-in or 24-hour care. Every plan is written and supervised by an RN Care Manager.

Is this medical or non-medical care?

Non-medical. An RN writes and supervises every care plan, but we don't provide skilled nursing or therapy, and we don't bill Medicare or Medicaid.

Do you offer 24-hour care?

Yes. Live-in and 24-hour shift-based care, plus a live person on our phone line 24/7.

What does a home caregiver actually help with?

Daily life. Bathing, dressing, and grooming. Meals and light housekeeping. Medication reminders. Getting around the home safely. Errands, appointments, and company. The plan is built around what your parent needs, not a fixed list.

Can you help with dementia or Alzheimer's at home?

Yes. Our caregivers are trained in memory care, and an RN builds a plan around your parent's routine and safety. The same caregiver returns each visit, which matters a great deal for someone with memory loss.

Do you help after a hospital stay or a fall?

Yes. Transitional care after a discharge or a fall is one of the most common reasons families call. An RN assesses the home for risks within 24 hours and a caregiver supports the recovery, which helps avoid a return trip to the hospital.

Can I change the level of care as my parent's needs change?

Yes. Care is month-to-month, and your RN Care Manager adjusts the plan as things change. Start with a few hours, add more, or move to live-in care, all with the same team.
