Questions families ask
How fast can you start after discharge?
The RN can visit within 24 hours of your call, and care starts within 48 hours of that visit. For urgent discharges, care can start in as little as 24 hours.
Is this medical care?
No. We provide non-medical personal care, supervised by an RN Care Manager. We follow the discharge plan and coordinate with your medical team, but we don't provide skilled nursing or therapy.
