    • AI-assisted features for scheduling optimization, reminders, and standardized communications

    These tools are used to reduce manual errors, save time, and improve clarity, not to make clinical diagnoses or replace professional judgment. We implement safeguards, role-based access, and training to protect information processed through these systems.
