How It Works
From your first call to a caregiver in the home, in 48 hours
No phone trees. No waiting lists. Here is exactly what happens, hour by hour.

The four steps
Within 15 minutes
The first call
Call (305) 380-2853, any hour. A live receptionist answers within 15 minutes. Tell us what's happening with your parent. That's it.
Within 24 hours
The RN home visit
An RN Care Manager visits your parent's home, free. They check safety, medications, and daily routine. You get a written care plan and a written quote. No obligation.
Within 48 hours
The first shift
A matched, W-2 Care Professional arrives. Your RN Care Manager stays for the full first shift, so nothing is left to chance.
Every week after
Ongoing oversight
The same caregiver returns each visit. Your RN checks in at the home, adjusts the plan as needs change, and reports back to you.

Care that fits into the home your parent already loves.
What to have ready before the RN visit
- A rough list of current medications
- Recent changes you've noticed: falls, weight, memory, mood
- Your questions about schedule and cost
No paperwork is needed for the first call.
How billing works
Private pay only. We don't bill Medicare or Medicaid.
You're billed every 2 weeks, only for hours delivered. You get 10 days to review each invoice before it's charged.
Month-to-month from day one. No long-term contracts.
Changing or pausing care
Needs change. Schedules flex.
Tell your Care Manager and we adjust hours, add coverage, or pause care. Month-to-month means you're never locked in.
