Standard rate
$50 per hour
Month-to-month. No commitment. Billed every two weeks for hours used.
The Peace of Mind Promise
An RN visits within 24 hours. Care starts within 48. Keep your hours for four weeks, and we credit $1,000 to your second invoice. Month-to-month from day one.
Founders Promise
20 hours per week
- 80 hours over 4 weeks.
- Normal cost $4,000. Your cost $3,000.
- Effective rate: $37.50 per hour.
- First 20 clients, or first 6 months.
Standard Promise
30 hours per week
- 120 hours over 4 weeks.
- Normal cost $6,000. Your cost $5,000.
- Effective rate: $41.67 per hour.
- Every new client after the Founders cohort.
Cancel in the first 4 weeks and you simply pay $50 per hour for hours used. No credit, no penalty.
After 4 weeks, you have two choices.
Stay at $50 per hour, month-to-month. Or commit to a bulk of hours and pay less per hour.

How packages work
- Billing
- We bill every two weeks for the hours you use.
- Retainer
- We collect 7% of the package total at signing. It is applied to your final invoice. You do not pay the full amount upfront.
- Pace
- Use your hours fast or slow. As long as you hit 20 hours per week, you stay at the package rate.
- If you cancel early
- Hours used are re-priced at $50 per hour. We settle the difference on your final invoice. You pay the standard rate for what you used.
- If care ends naturally
- If recovery is complete, the family moves to a higher level of care, or the client passes away, you keep the package rate. No re-pricing.
- Stacking with the Promise
- You get both. The $1,000 Promise credit hits your second invoice. The package rate kicks in from the third invoice forward.

How does billing work?
We bill every two weeks for the hours you used. No upfront lump sums. Standard month-to-month care is $50 per hour.
What is the Peace of Mind Promise?
Try us for four weeks. If you keep your hours (30 per week, or 20 per week for the Founders Promise), we credit $1,000 on your second invoice. Month-to-month from day one. No contract.
Who qualifies for the Founders Promise?
The first 20 clients, or anyone who starts in the first six months, whichever comes first. The threshold is 20 hours per week for four weeks. After that, the standard Promise applies at 30 hours per week.
How do packages work?
