    Every Care Professional at allaround is a W-2 employee earning $20 to $23 per hour — well above the Florida home care average of $11.61. Before their first solo shift, they complete sixteen hours of in-house training. The state of Florida requires zero. The W-2 model is the foundation of every other standard we hold: training, accountability, retention, and the consistency that comes from a Care Professional who has a reason to stay.

    Every client relationship begins with a complimentary in-home assessment by a Registered Nurse Care Manager — within twenty-four hours of first contact. The RN produces a written, individualized care plan at no charge and is present for the entire first shift. Supervisory visits follow every thirty days for every active client.
